摘要 采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备Al2O3泡沫陶瓷,通过加入不同含量的硼酸和粘土作为烧结助剂可降低烧结温度。研究表明:烧结助剂的加入降低了陶瓷的气孔率,而陶瓷收缩率、抗弯强度、抗热震性能却得到了较大提高。Al2O3泡沫陶瓷显微结构均匀,具有较好的三维网状结构。 This article introduced the preparation of AI203 foam ceramics by the Organic foam impregnation method, and the sintering temperature was decreased by adding different concentration of boric acid and clay as sintering additives. The results showed that the addition of sintering additives greatly reduced the porosity of the ceramic, however the ceramic shrinkage rate, bending strength, thermal shock resistance was got. Al2O3 foam ceramics obtain uniform microstructures and better dimensional network.
