孟鲁司特钠片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗老年支气管哮喘临床疗效观察 被引量:17

Clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with magnesium sulfate injection on bronchial asthma in the elderly patients

摘要 目的观察孟鲁司特钠片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗老年支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例,对照组患者给予常规基础治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间和肺功能。结果治疗3月后,研究组患者总控制率为92.5%,对照组总控制率为75.0%,2组总控制率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组患者胸闷、喘息和咳嗽症状缓解时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)和1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)较治疗前明显升高,研究组较对照组升高更明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗老年支气管哮喘患者临床疗效显著,哮喘症状和肺功能改善明显,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of acute myocardial infarction with left ventricular dysfunction as the first symptom in the elderly patients,and to investigate the risk factors. Methods The patients with acute myocardial infarction from March 2009 to November 2013 were selected. The clinical features,complications and risk factors were analyzed. Thirty-six non-elderly cases of acute myocardial infarction at the same period were selected as control. Results In the elderly patients with left ventricular dysfunction as the first symptom,there were more male patients. Most patients presented with painless infarction. The incidence rate of diabetes,hypertension was higher in elderly group than that in non-elderly group. The incidence rate of non-ST-segment myocardial infarction was higher in elderly group than that in non-elderly group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Acute myocardial infarction is more common in the elderly patients,and most patients suffer from diabetes,hypertension.
