己糖激酶-Ⅱ在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:5

Expression of Hexokinase Ⅱ in breast carcinoma and correlation with the clinicopathologic characteristics

摘要 目的探讨己糖激酶-Ⅱ在乳腺癌及癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达与临床意义。方法收集2002年7月至2009年7月在我院接受手术治疗的71例乳腺癌患者的手术标本,所有肿瘤组织均经术后病理学检测结果证实,通过免疫组织化学方法检测己糖激酶-Ⅱ蛋白在乳腺癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达,并探讨其表达量与临床病理特征和预后的相关性。结果乳腺癌组织中己糖激酶-Ⅱ的阳性表达率为70.4%,显著高于癌旁正常乳腺组织中的11.3%(P<0.05);进一步研究发现,己糖激酶-Ⅱ的阳性表达情况与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度和病理类型无关,与患者的有无淋巴结转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05);己糖激酶-Ⅱ阳性表达的患者5年生存率显著低于阴性表达的患者(P=0.026)。结论己糖激酶-Ⅱ在乳腺癌组织中的表达明显升高,对乳腺癌患者的预后判断具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of Hexokinase Ⅱ in breast carcinoma,and to discuss the relationship between positive expression and clinical characteristics of breast carcinoma. Methods Seventy-one patients with breast carcinoma in our hospital from July 2002 to July 2009 were included in this study. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Hexokinase Ⅱ in breast carcinoma and normal tissues. All the specimens were confirmed by pathology. The correlation between the expression of Hexkinase Ⅱ and clinical characteristics of patients was analyzed.Furthermore,survival analysis was performed to study the relation between expression levels of Hexokinase Ⅱ and prognosis. Results The positive expression rate of Hexokinase Ⅱ in breast carcinoma and normal tissues was 70. 4% and11. 3% respectively. Statistical analysis demonstrated that the positive expression rate of Hexokinase Ⅱ showed no significant correlation with age,histologic type,degrees of pathdogical differentiation and tumor size,but was related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis( P〈0. 05). According to the survival analysis the Hexokinase Ⅱ positive-expression group showed poorer overall survival rate compared with negtive-expression group( P = 0. 026). Conclusions The expression of Hexokinase Ⅱ is increased in breast carcinoma,and holding certain reference value for estimating prognosis of breast carcinoma patients.
