非杓型高血压与红细胞分布宽度的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨非杓型高血压与红细胞分布宽度的相关性,尝试为昼夜血压节律异常的病因学开辟新思路。方法选择2012年9月至2014年6月在我院心内科就诊的140例高血压患者和52名健康对照者为研究对象,其中非杓型和杓型高血压患者各70例,3组人群年龄、性别构成均匹配。收集3组人群的临床资料并进行血液生化指标检测。结果与杓型高血压组(14.21%±0.84%)和健康对照组(10.98%±2.16%)比较,非杓型高血压组红细胞分布宽度(15.73%±0.92%)明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。杓型高血压组红细胞分布宽度亦明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,红细胞分布宽度与非杓型血压节律独立相关(t=5.133,P=0.004)。结论红细胞分布宽度升高可能是非杓型高血压发生的危险因素。
