浅析“头脑风暴法”在高校专业课程教学应用中的优化——以行政法学教学为例 被引量:1

摘要 "头脑风暴法"作为一种行之有效的决策方法运用在社会各个领域,并取得良好效果。由于其特有的优点在教育教学领域特别是在高校专业课程的教学过程中作为一种重要的辅助教学方法被广泛应用,能够有效地提升学生的积极性、主动性以及思维的创新性等素质。但由于高校专业课程教学有着自身的特点和规律,在同"头脑风暴法"结合的过程中还存在一些问题,影响了该方法的有效性甚至是教学目的的实现。笔者试从这些问题出发并结合教学实践,对完善"头脑风暴法"在教学实际中的应用提出对策性见解。 As a kind of decision-making method,"brainstorming"is used in various fields of society, and has all achieved good re-sults. Because of its unique advantages,"brainstorming"is widely used in the field of education especially in the teaching of major subjects in universities. As an assistant method,"brainstorming"can effectively improve the enthusiasm, initiative and innovative thinking of students. But the teaching of major subjects in uni-versities has its own characteristics and rules, and there are still many problems in the combination of "brainstorming" and the teaching. These problems will affect the validity of the method and the realization of teaching objectives. Based on these prob-lems, the author tries to put forward some suggestions on the im-provement of the application of"brainstorming"in teaching prac-tice.
