摘要
本文从培养目标、培养要求和课程体系等方面提出了工程教育对电气工程及其自动化专业人才培养的新要求,讨论了当前形势下在课程设置和课堂教学等环节存在的问题和对策,分析了工程教育对教师的个人发展和培养的指导思路。
Based on the cultivating object, cultivating demand and curriculum system, the new requirements to the major of electrical engineering and its automation are investigated, which are brought by the engineering education. The present issues ex-isted in the setting of curriculum and classroom teaching and their solutions are discussed in detail. Finally, the personal de-velopment and the cultivation of teachers are also demonstrated considering the background of engineering education.
