旅游管理专业“岗位技能递进式”实践教学模式分析

Analysis on the "Post Skills Progressive" Practice Teaching Model for the Major of Tourism Management

高校旅游专业是基于旅游经济发展需求而设置的,旅游专业作为一门具有较强应用实践性的专业,因此具有岗位技能人才培养的使命。笔者基于旅游经济需求,结合旅游专业人才培养目标,设计"岗位技能递进式"实践教学模式,为旅游专业人才岗位技能实践教学改革提供参考。

The major of tourism in colleges and universities, based on the development need of tourism economy, is a highly applied and practical major, so the cultivation of talents with post skills is a mission of the major. Based on the need of tourism e-conomy, combined with the talent cultivation objectives of the major of tourism, the writer designed the＂post skills progressive＂practice teaching model, aiming to provide a reference for the post skills practice teaching reform of the major.
