高校社会保险实验教学体系的探索和改革

The Exploration and Reform on Experimental Teaching System of Social Insurance Major in Universities

社会保险作为劳动与社会保障专业的核心课程,具有实践性强的特点,但目前高校劳动与社会保障专业的实验实践教学体系建设尚不完善,处于探索和改革阶段。基于这一现状问题,本文以上海海洋大学的社会保险实验教学改革为例,探讨社会保险实验教学体系的问题和改革对策,提出应构建科学的实验教学体系、丰富的实验教学内容,不断提升社会保险实验教学质量,进而提高学生实践能力,培养更多社会需要的人才。

Social insurance, as the core course of labor and social security major, is highly practical, but the construction of experi-mental teaching system on labor and social security major is not perfect, and at the exploration and reform stage. Based on this problem, the paper, taking the reform on experimental teaching system of social insurance major in Shanghai Ocean University as an example, discusses the problems and reform strategies on ex-perimental teaching system of social insurance major, and pre-sents that we should construct a scientific experimental teaching system and rich content of experimental teaching, thereby con-stantly improving the quality of experimental teaching on social insurance and students＇ practical ability, to develop more talents.
