学生事件处理中教师行为的作用研究——基于中职校学生事件的行动研究

摘要 随着学生管理工作专业化程度的加强,科学地分析和评价教师在解决学生事件中的行为尤显必要,且极具价值。文章尝试通过具体案例的研究将教师行为及其作用呈现出来,通过量化和质化的评价方式全面考量教师行为的实际价值,以期对提高教师管理技能提供些许建议。 With the increasingly professional degree of student management, it is particularly necessary and of great value to sci-entifically analyze and evaluate teachers' behaviors in solving student events. Through the research on a specific case, this pa-per attempts to present teachers' behaviors and their role, and comprehensively evaluate the real value of teachers' behaviors through quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods, hoping to provide some suggestions for improving college teachers' man-agement skills.
