摘要 学校德育活动实效性低下的问题引起人们越来越多的重视。究其原因,德育方法滞后、陈旧,德育内容脱离生活实际,德育的感情缺失和学生主体性受抑制等因素都不同程度地削弱了德育的实效性。如果在原有德育教育的条件和经验的基础上,将高中德育教育工作与"90后"学生的心理需求及我区"维护社会稳定、实现长治久安"两大主题相结合,以"游戏化"的德育教育方式为抓手,想必,会对推进德育工作取得实效再添新力。 The low effectiveness of school moral education has at-tracted more and more attention. Investigating its reasons, back-ward and obsolete methods of moral education, unrealistic con-tent of moral education, lack of emotions in moral education, and the restrained students' subjectivity have weakened the effective-ness of moral education to varying degrees. Based on the existing conditions and experience of moral education, if senior high school moral education is combined with "post-90s" students' psychological needs as well as the two major themes of "main-taining social stability and realizing long period of stability" in our area, and with "game-oriented" method of moral education, the effectiveness of moral education will be promoted.
