团体心理辅导在强戒人员康复期作用的反思

Reflections on the Role of Group Psychological Counseling in the Convalescence of Drug Addicts under Compulsory Rehabilitation

团体心理辅导是一种非常重要的心理健康教育形式。在强制隔离戒毒场所开展戒毒人员团体心理辅导可以有效地提高戒毒人员的心理健康水平,使得心理健康教育工作开展得更加全面、高效和深入。团体心理辅导在戒毒人员心理康复工作中也越来越受到重视。文章从团体辅导实施、经验总结和建议三方面反思了我国戒毒人员团体心理辅导过程中的情况,为以后强制戒毒心瘾戒断工作的开展提供参考。

Group psychological counseling, as a very important form of psychological health education, can effectively improve the psychological health of drug addicts under compulsory reha-bilitation, which contributes to the more comprehensive, effective and further implementation of psychological health education. So group psychological counseling has received more and more at-tention in the psychological rehabilitation of drug addicts under compulsory rehabilitation. This article provides reflections on the implementation and experience of group psychological counseling in China, which supplies references to help drug addicts under compulsory rehabilitation to clear up their psychological depen-dence on drug.
