基于虚拟与现实互动的治安防控体系建构研究

On Virtual and Real Intersection Based Construction of the Security Control and Prevention System

违法犯罪行为具有普遍性,同时存在于网络虚拟社会与现实社会,呈现交互趋势。治安防控体系的建设应当两者并重,互动助防。在分析涉网违法犯罪行为与社会治安防控体系建设、管理、运转现状的基础上,以互动理论模型为基础,构建网上、网下治安防控交互体系,并探讨其在现实治安防控运行过程中的机制与实施要点。

The criminal acts are universal which exist in both virtual community and real life, even presenting interactive trend. The construction of the security control and prevention system should lay equal stress on both and make them assist each other. On the basis of analyzing the online criminal acts and the construction, administration and operation of the security control and prevention system, this paper focuses on the construction of the online and offline interactive system of security control and prevention according to interactive theoretical model, and probes into its mechanism of implementation key points in operating.
