对犯罪的未成年人而言,社区矫正制度是一项重要刑罚措施。对此,必须采用相关的奖惩措施来肯定未成年人在服刑中表现,体现出宽严相济的刑事理念。社区矫正中减刑制度尚处于初步建设阶段,现实中仍存在许多缺陷。社区矫正制度在思想观念、法律依据、司法实践等层面都有待完善。

The community correction system is an important penalty measure for Juvenile delinquency. Thus, corresponding incentives and disincentives should be adopted to measure the juvenile＇s performances in their terms of imprisonment, which reflects the criminal enforcement concept of combining punishment with leniency. As there are many shortcomings of the system of commutating in community correction in reality which is still in the initial construction phase, many aspects of the system such as the concept, the legal basis and judicial practice etc. are preparing to be improved.
