摘要
建立基于蒙特卡罗仿真的含并网风电场的电力系统可靠性评估方法,该方法考虑风速的随机性和自相关性,建立风速的ARMA模型,而且结合风力机的强迫停机率和电气元件的工作状态模型,构建风电场的等值模型。最后用一个标准算例计算可靠性指标,并通过分析可靠性指标研究并网风电场对电力系统可靠性的影响,验证该方法的正确性与可行性。
A reliability evaluation approach of power system containing wind farm is proposed based on the Monte Carlo simu- lation.With the stochastic nature and self-correlation of wind speed taken into consideration ,an auto-regressive and moving av- erage model is established.The equivalent model of wind farm is bulk in combination with wind turbines forced outage rate and the state models of generating units.Finally, the impact of wind farm on power system is analyzed by means of calculating the reliability indices.Results of calculation show the method is correct and feasible.
