摘要
对一起110 k V金属氧化物避雷器(MOA)发热缺陷原因进行深入剖析,结合缺陷避雷器的红外检测图谱和运行电压下交流泄漏电流阻性分量试验结果,推断发热的原因为内部受潮。对该避雷器进行解体检查,发现避雷器中上部阀片受潮导致发热异常,验证了推断。并从订货、选型、运行方面提出预防措施。
The abnormal temperature rise situation of 110 k V MOA is analyzed deeply.Combined with the infrared detection map of defective arrester and the AC leakage current resistive component under the operation voltage,it is suggested that the abnormal temperature rise situation is caused by internal moisture.Then the suggestion is verified by the strip inspection.The conclusion is that the upper valve arrester damp caused abnormal heat.Prevention measures are put forward from the aspect of order,model selection and operation.
