全面从严治党的新举措研究

New Measures for Comprehensive and Strict Administration of the Party

文章阐述了十八大以来全面从严治党的新举措:以中央关于作风建设的八项规定为肇始;以党的群众路线教育实践活动为抓手;以坚定不移地进行高压反腐为动力;以净化政治生态为前提;以做"四有"干部为基本要求;以建立反腐倡廉长效机制为基础,从而进一步增强加强党的建设,全面从严治党的自觉性,为全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国提供切实有效的政治保障。

This paper describes some new measures to tighten up the internal management since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China ： taking the CPC Committee＇ s eight rules for the style construction as the starting point, the educational practice with the Party＇ s mass line as the key point, the enforcement of the combating corruption as the motivation, the purification of the political ecology as the political premise, the carder＇ s tenacity, methods, passion and contribution as the basic requirements, the establishment of the long term working mechanism for Combating Corruption and Building a Clean Government as the base. Thereby CCP should further strengthen the Party building, enhance the political self consciousness of comprehensively ＂strengthening the Party discipline＂ and provide effective political guarantee for comprehensively building a moderately and comprehensively ruling the country by law.
