摘要
本文对休闲、休闲体育、休闲体育文化的概念进行解读,对粤西地区年例民俗活动的展演过程进行描述并探讨其现代价值,以粤西年例民俗活动中的人龙舞为例分析其蕴含的休闲体育文化行为。年例是粤西地区民俗体育文化的典型缩影,也是粤西休闲体育文化的具体体现。
With an analysis on the concepts of leisure, leisure sports and leisure sports culture, the paper not only describes the performing process of Yuexi Yearly Customary Practice but also discusses its social value. Taking Human Dragon Dance as an example, the paper reveals the implicative acts of leisure sports culture. Therefore, Yearly Customary Practice is the typical microcosm of folk sports culture and also the particular reflection of leisure sports culture in Yuexi area.
