摘要
根据《中国科技期刊引证报告》核心版(2009—2013年版)和中文核心期刊要目总览(2011年版)对食品科技类期刊的收录情况,确定了12种期刊为食品科技类的高影响力期刊。以2009—2013年版CJCR为源数据,分析了十二种食品科技类期刊2008—2012年11个评价指标(总被引频次、影响因子、即年指标、他引率、扩散因子、被引半衰期、来源文献量、地区分布数、机构分布数、海外论文比和基金论文比)的变化情况,并运用学术影响力动态评估模型,对期刊的影响力进行了评价。
According to the core version of “Chinese Science &Technology Journal Citation Report”(CJCR) 2009—2013 edition and the Chinese core journal (2011 Edition)collected on food science and technology periodicals,the article identifies 12 high impact journals for food science and technology.It analyzes the change of 11 evaluation indexes (total cited frequency,impact factor,the annual index,rate cited by other journals, diffusion factor,the half-life of the paper cited,source of literature,regional distribution,the number of institutions,the proportion of overseas papers and fund papers)out of 12 food science and technology periodicals in 2008—2012 with 2009—2013 edition of CJCR as the source data.Then it uses the dynamic assessment model of academic influence to evaluate the influence of 12 food science and technology periodicals.
