摘要
分析了我国本科生导师制的发展历程以及本科生导师制所发挥的积极作用,就如何更好地在高校实施本科生导师制进行了探讨。
Undergraduate tutorial system is a new undergraduate training mechanism.Some Chinese universi-ties adopt it according to their own needs for development by absorbing the management experience of higher education abroad in order to meet the needs of higher education in our country.The article analyzes the development process of undergraduate tutorial system and the positive role the system plays,and then explores how to implement the system in colleges and universities.
