摘要
分析了基于企业主体的创新人才合作培养具有可交换的利益需求、市场调节下的优势互补、创新人才的使用效益及人才使用与培训的企业责任,重点探讨了企业—大学(科研机构)合作开展创新教育的基本路径。
At present,the sci-tech innovation level of the enterprises in China is not high,which,in essence, lies in the fact that China is short of innovative entrepreneurial talent team by setting up market-oriented mechanism with enterprise as the main body,with enterprises linked to universities （research institutions）,integrating the cultivation of innovative talents and products with technology.The cooperative cultivation of innovative talents with enterprises as the main body results in the exchange of interest demand and has the advantage of the market adjustment.The article analyzes the benefits of using innovative talents and corporate responsibility for personnel use and training and then mainly discusses the basic path of innovation education in the cooperation between enterprises and universities （scientific research institutions）.
