中外合作办学:我国教育滞后地区发展高等教育的优选路径

SINO FOREIGN COOPERATION IN RUNNING SCHOOLS:THE OPTIMAL PATH FOR DEVELOPING HIGHER EDUCATION IN HENAN PROVINCE

在阐述我国高等教育生态系统加速演化的基础上,分析了我国中西部地区教育欠发达地区高等教育发展的困境和改善困境的迫切意愿。认为目前我国促进高等教育发展到了关键期和转折期,科学选择发展路径和尽快提高教育质量成为当前最重要的课题。分析了制约我国高等教育发展滞后地区发展教育的主要瓶颈,认为与国外一流大学合作办学,应成为我国中西部地区实现高等教育跨越发展的优选路径。

Taking Henan Province as an example,the article analyzes the predicament and the urgent desire of the development of higher education in the underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions of China. It holds the idea that at present,areas of underdeveloped education in China’s central and western regions have already had the various conditions needed to promote the development of higher education.In the critical period of development and transition,scientific choices of development path and the rapid improvement of education quality have become the most important issue now.The article analyzes the main factors restricting the development of higher Education and the optional path and conditions for achieving rapid development in the areas of underdeveloped higher education.Then it believes that the cooperation with the top foreign universities should be the first choice for realizing the development of higher education in the central and western regions of China.
