上海市10家护理站现况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the current status of ten community nursing stations in Shanghai

目的 :了解上海市护理站的建设和运营状况,提出改善护理站建设的建议。方法 :以问卷调查形式对上海市10家护理站进行数据调研。调查主要内容包括护理站基本情况、硬件配置、人员配置、2013年度服务情况、运营情况、护理站建设中存在的问题和建议。结果 :10家护理站均由民营企业出资建设,月均业务收入为0.66万元,月均总支出为2.75万元,其中工资支出占85.82%。医保试点政策并没有明显提高服务的人次。结论 :多种形式发展护理站,加强政府财政的支持力度,注重从业人员职业发展,提高护理站的服务可及性。

Objective： To investigate the current status of the construction and operation of the nursing stations in Shanghai to put forward the suggestion for the improvement of the nursing stations. Methods： The data were surveyed with the questionnaire in 10 nursing stations in Shanghai. The main contents of the survey included the basic situation, hardware and personnel configuration in the nursing stations, the 2013 annual service, operation situation, the problems and suggestions in the construction of the nursing stations. Results： Ten nursing stations were funded and constructed by the private enterprises. The average monthly business income and expenditure were 6 600 yuan and 27 500 yuan, in which the salary accounted for 85.82%. The medical health insurance policy did not significantly enhance the service person times. Conclusion： It is necessary to develop the nursing stations in varieties of the forms, strengthen the government financial support, pay attention to the professional development of employees, and improve the service accessibility of the nursing stations.
