益气柔肝利胆法治疗气阴不足型胆石症疗效观察

Observation of the effect of the benefit qi and soft liver cholagogic method in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency type cholelith disease

目的 :观察益气柔肝利胆法治疗气阴不足型胆石症的临床疗效。方法 :收集2012年10月至2014年12月确诊的气阴不足型胆石症患者80例,分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用益气柔肝利胆法治疗,对照组口服胆宁片,每次5片,1日3次,两组疗程均为8周。观察治疗前、后两组患者症状、体征及胆囊B超变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为72.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :益气柔肝利胆法治疗气阴不足型胆石症疗效明显,值得临床应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the benefit qi and soft liver cholagogic method in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency type cholelith disease. Methods： From Oct. 2012 to Dec. 2014, 80 patients diagnosed as qi and yin deficiency type cholelith disease were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control one with 40 cases each. The treatment group was treated with the benefit qi and soft liver cholagogic method and the control group with oral danning tablet, 5 pieces each time and 3 times a day. The treatment courses of two groups were 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the changes of the symptoms, signs and the changes of gallbladder ultrasound were observed in the patients. Results： The total effective rates 92.5% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control one. The difference between the groups had the statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of the benefit qi and soft liver cholagogic method in the treatment of qi and yin deficiency type cholelith disease is obvious and worthy of the clinical application.
