某社区婴儿母乳喂养状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the infant breast feeding status and influence factors in a community

目的 ：探讨影响0~4个月婴儿母乳喂养的主要影响因素。方法 ：以2012-2014年期间居住在长风社区的上海市户籍0~4个月292名儿童及其母亲为研究对象,并对其进行问卷调查。结果 ：2012-2014年的0~4个月婴儿纯母乳喂养率分别为47.9%、54.4%和60.1%,呈逐年增长趋势。影响儿童母乳喂养因素包括母亲文化程度、分娩方式及主要看护人。结论 ：提高长风社区母乳喂养率仍需加强健康教育宣传,尤其是主要看护人为（外）祖父母的婴儿,同时建立科学的喂养指导和健康教育是提高母乳喂养率的保证。

Objective： To explore the main influence factors on the 0-4-month-old infant breast feeding. Method： Two hundred and ninety-two infants at 0 to 4 months old and their mothers who lived in Changfeng Community with Shanghai household registration from 2012 to 2014 were selected as subjects and investigated with the questionnaire. Results： The breast feeding rates of 0--4-month-old infants were 47.9%, 54.4% and 60.1% during the three years from 2012 to 2014, and showed a trend of increasing year by year. The factors that affected the infant breast feeding included the mother＇s educational levels, delivery way and main caregivers. Conclusion： The health education and propaganda, especially for the main caregivers such as the infant grandparents still need to be strengthened for increasing the rate of the breast feeding in Changfeng Community and at the same time the establishment of the scientific feeding guidance and health education is a guarantee to improve the breast feeding rate.
