会阴冲洗在家庭化产房中的应用

APPLICATION OF PERINEAL WASHING IN THE HOME OF THE DELIVERY ROOM

目的探讨会阴冲洗在LDRP(家庭化产房)中的应用。方法将患者分为试验组、对照组,试验组家庭化产房的产妇从产后第1天至出院,护士实行床边会阴冲洗护理。对照组普通产科病房产妇从产后第1天至出院,护士实行床边会阴擦洗护理。对两组产妇产后感染,产妇舒适度及产妇对护理工作的满意度进行比较。结果试验组产后感染明显低于对照组(P﹤0.05),产妇舒适度及对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论在LDRP病房护士实行床边会阴冲洗,能有效预防产后感染,促进会阴部伤口愈合,提高产妇舒适度及对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the application of perineal douche in LDRP （family room）. Methods Pu- erperants were divided into experimental group and control group. LDRP＇ S puerperants in experimental group used perineal douche from lth day after delivery to the day leaving hospital; obstetrical ward＇s puer- perants in control group used perineal scrub from lth day after delivery to the day leaving hospital. Then we compared puerperants＇ infection rate, confort and satisfaction of nursing work of two groups. Results The experimental group postpartum infection rate is significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the maternal comfort and satisfaction of nursing work is significantly higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using perineal douche in LDRP can prevent postpartum infection, promote peri- neal wound healing, improve maternal comfort and satisfaction with nursing work.
