丙戊酸钠联合治疗特发性全面性癫痫的有效性及不良反应分析

THE EFFICACY AND ADVERSE REACTIONS ANALYSIS FOR SODIUM VALPROATE OMBINATION THERAPY OF IDIOPATHIC GENERALIZED EPILEPSY

目的探讨丙戊酸钠联合治疗特发性全面性癫痫的有效性和不良反应。方法选择沂水中心医院2011年10月至2014年10月收治的特发性全面性癫痫患者90例,随机分治疗组和对照组各45例,其中,对照组患者单独采用丙戊酸钠进行治疗,治疗组患者采用丙戊酸钠联合进行治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗后的有效性和不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的总有效率为95.6%,明显高于对照组患者的73.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者的不良反应发生率为6.6%,明显低于对照组患者的15.6%,两组间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用丙戊酸钠联合治疗特发性全面性癫痫临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,减少癫痫发作次数,患者预后较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions for sodium valproate combination therapy of idiopathic generalized epilepsy. Methods 90 patients with idiopathic generalized epilepsy were ineluded in the patients with ment, while treated with study, of which the control group of 45 sodium valproate monotherapy for treat- the treatment group of 45 patients were sodium valproate combination treatment.Results After treatment, total effective rate was 96. 7% in the treatment group, 73. 3% in the control group,significantly higher than the control patients （ P 〈0.05）, incidence of adverse reactions in treat- ment group was 5.0%, significantly lower than the control patients （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Sodium val- proate combination therapy in patients with idiopathic epilepsy comprehensiveness has a very significant treatment effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the number of episodes conducive prognosis, and it is worthy of clinical application.
