碘伏与84消毒液对早产儿暖箱消毒效果的比较

①目的比较碘伏与84消毒液对早产儿暖箱箱体内壁、贮水口、操作窗、箱体内空气的消毒效果。②方法在病室环境相同条件下进行,随机将暖箱分为观察组和对照组。观察组用250mg/L碘伏消毒液箱体表面、操作窗和贮水口;对照组用84消毒液,消毒相同的部位,室内空气消毒两组方法相同。每次消毒先后对物体表面和空气采样,进行细菌培养。比较两组消毒剂消毒效果。③结果碘伏消毒液消毒后细菌总数两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);暖箱内空气消毒后细菌总数两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。④结论 250mg/L碘伏溶液用于暖箱消毒,消毒效果优于84消毒液。
