VSD technology in application of diabetic foot ulcer refractory effect

①目的探讨封闭负压吸引(VSD)技术在糖尿病足难治性溃疡中的应用效果。②方法选取58名在我院接受治疗的糖尿病足发生的足背或足底溃疡患者,以随机方式将其平均分为对照组与观察组,对对照组患者行常规换药治疗,对观察组患者行VSD技术治疗。两组创面感染控制后作第2次手术修复,对比两组患者治疗效果。③结果观察组患者创面肉芽组织生长快,感染控制好,进一步手术治疗有效率为96.7%;对照组患者肉芽生长缓慢、创面感染难控制,手术治疗有效率为53.6%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。④结论 VSD技术应用于糖尿病足难治性溃疡能有效促进肉芽组织生长、控制创面的感染,为下一步的治疗提供的有效的"创面床",手术成功率高。

Objective Purpose of analysis and discussion of VSD（closed suction）technology results in diabetic foot ulcers in the refractory.Methods 58 in our hospital for treatment of diabetic foot ulcers in patients with refractory, in a random manner which were divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the observation group, the control group for patients moist dressing treatment, the treatment of patients with VSD observation group.Compare treatment groups of patients.Results The rapeutically effective observation group was 96.7% in the control group,the effective rate of 53.6% patients in the observation group than the control group, P d0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion The study shows that,VSD technology for refractory diabetic foot ulcers have a valid role to improve and accelerate wound healing in patients,it is worth in the treatment of diabetes and promote the application program.
