本科导师制下科研团队的创新文化建设

Research Team′s Innovation Culture Construction under the Undergraduate Tutorial System

目前,拔尖创新人才的培养成为国家首要任务之一,而高校学生的培养更是重中之重。高校人才培养离不开团队的因材施教,团队的构建离不开拔尖人才各尽所长。纵观人类科技发展史,任何一项科研成果的产生无不需要创新人才的共同努力,更需要优良的团队文化来推动。本文旨在阐述以"各尽所长、培养个体、迈向国际"作为核心的团队文化的构建,并针对目前本科生科研培养模式中存在的问题提供一些建议。

Nowadays, as one of national priority, human capacity building in college cannot live with- out the individualized method of instruction, this can bring out their best in the team. Throughout the history of technology development, joint efforts of talents are needed in any scientific achievements as well as the excellent team culture. This article would have a brief overview in how to build an excel- lent team culture in an innovative research team. To give some advice for the cultural building of a college research team, we attempt to combine three principles together to claim out our team culture： use individual advantages, teach in accordance of aptitude and ascend the international stage.
