试论来华医学留学生人际交往能力的培养

On the Cultivation of Interpersonal Skills for Foreign Students of Medicine in China

人际交往教育对来华医学留学生在华学习、生活、心理健康、职业发展等具有重要意义,而目前在该领域的相关研究却很有限。本文根据医学留学生人际交往特点,重新对留学生人际交往进行界定,提出留学生"异元文化人际交往"和"同元文化人际交往"两个新视角以及构建人际交往教育的策略,从而促进高校开展培养医学留学生人际交往能力教育。

Education of interpersonal skills plays a sigfinicant role in terms of study, life, mental health, career development, etc. of foreign students of medicine in China, but there is less relevant research in this field. According to the characteristics of interpersonal communication of foreign students of medicine, this paper redefines interpersonal communication among them and puts forward stragetegies to construct cultivation of interpersonal skills in order for colleges and universities to promote education of interpersonal skills for foreign students of medicine in China.
