医学高等院校中教辅工作是医学教学过程的重要组成部分,在保证实验教学质量中发挥着至关重要的作用,同时教辅工作也是医学科学研究的重要保障。本文针对教辅工作的特点及其在医学高等教育中的作用,探讨了在新时期下如何提高医学高等院校教辅工作质量,分析了提升教辅工作质量的几个重要环节,包括提高教辅人员的自身综合素质是提高教辅工作质量的首要条件;增强服务意识、重视实验准备环节、耐心细致的实验技术指导是提高实验教学质量关键;参与实验室建设、高效的资源利用是改善教辅工作质量客观要求。针对这些关键环节的把控和改善,从而有效地开展教辅工作,促进医学高等院校实验教学质量的提高。

Teaching assistance work of medical colleges and universities is an important component in medical teaching. It plays a key role in guaranteeing both the quality of experiment teaching and medical research. This paper first introduces the characteristics of teaching assistance work and its role in higher medical education. Then it discusses how to improve the work of medical colleges and universities in the new era, analyzes a few crucial links in improving the work： upgrading its comprehensive quality is the primary condition for the improvement of teaching assistance work; enhancing the awareness of service, attaching importance to experiment preparation work, and meticulous experiment technical guidance are the key to uplifting the quality of experiment teaching quality; participating in laboratory construction and effectively using resources are the objective requirements of the work. We should control and improve these key links to conduct teaching assistance work effectively and promote the improvement of experiment teaching quality of medical colleges and universities.
