摘要
聚合物驱采油技术已经在大庆油田工业化应用,为了保证聚合物溶液的粘度,一般采用清水配制聚合物溶液,近年来清水价格的上涨造成了采油成本的不断增加。本文从降低油田开发成本、开辟新的水源角度出发,研究了将生活污水处理厂的出水处理成配聚用中水替代清水配制聚合物溶液的可行性。研究主要包括两个部分:(1)生活污水处理厂出水作为配聚用水使用时水质成分影响聚合物溶液的粘度规律。(2)对比评价研究了中水替代清水配制聚合物使用使聚合物溶液的各项应用性能指标。研究发现:生活污水处理厂出水所含的Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+是影响配制聚合物溶液粘度的主要因素。将生活污水处理成中水替代清水配制聚合物使用使时,溶液的各项应用性能指标均满足三次采油要求。
Polymer flooding oil production technology has been widely used in oil production in Daqing Oil-field. In order to ensure the reasonable viscosity of polymer solution, clean water was used normally. Due to the price of the clean water keep increasing in recent years, so caused the price of the oil production increasing as well. This article open up new sources of water, from the decrease of the cost of oilfield development, studies on the feasibility of using reclaimed water of sewage treatment plant instead of clean water. Research mainly consists of two parts: first, sewage treatment plant effluent as solvent of confecting polymer solution,the influence rules of its quality ingredients on the viscosity of the polymer solution are studied. Second, the comparative evaluation of polymer made with water instead of water was studied using performance of the application of polymer solution. Ac-cording to the research, calcium ions, magnesium ions, and ferrous ions which sewage treatment plant effluent con-tains are the main factors influencing the preparation of polymer solution viscosity. Each performance of the poly-mer solution which using reclaimed water of the sewage treatment plant instead of clean water can meet the re-quirements of the tertiary oil recovery.
