摘要
本文针对神马实业股份有限公司帘子布公司现有的9条尼龙66工业丝生产线每年累计排放36000余t尾气和120余t己二胺的现状,采用差压双效精馏模式,对这9条尼龙66工业丝生产线聚合反应器尾气进行回收利用,并减少进入厂区生产有机废水生化处理系统有机废水的处理量。利用Pro/Ⅱ进行了流程模拟,证实了差压双效精馏模式的可行性以及节能效果。
In order to deal with more than 36000 tons off-gas and over 120 tons HMD annual emission from nine nylon 66 industrial fiber product lines of Tire Fabrics Company, Shenma Industrial Company Limited, recy-cling of the polymerization reactors off-gas was carried out with differential pressure double-effect distillation, and what’s more, the amount of organic waste water fed to the biological treatment system was reduced significantly.Feasibility and energy saving effect of the differential pressure double-effect distillation was proven by flow sheet simulation using Pro/Ⅱ.
