摘要
以麦冬(Ophiopogon japonicus)、吊兰(Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker)和西伯利亚鸢尾(Iris sibirica)为试验材料,研究了低温胁迫对3种植物的叶绿素含量、CAT活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:低温抑制种植物生长,随着温度的降低和低温时间的延长,植物的叶绿素含量随之降低,而CAT活性和MDA含量都呈上升趋势,只是变化幅度不尽相同。综合分析显示,3种植物的抗寒性强弱依次为西伯利亚鸢尾>麦冬>吊兰。
Taking Ophiopogon japonicus, Chlorophytum comosum Baker and Iris sibirica as the experimental materials, the article studies the effects of low temperature stress on three plants'physiological -biochemical characteristics, including chlorophyll content, CAT activity and malonaldehyde (MDA) content. The results show that low temperature restrains the growth of plants. With the temperature dropping and time extending,the chlorophyll content of plants decreases continually,but the CAT activity and MDA content increase with different rangeabilities. Through a comprehensive analysis,the cold resistance of the three plants follows the sequence from strong to weak,namely Iris sibirica 〉 0phiopogon japonicus 〉 Chlorophytum comosum Baker.
