指出了农产品质量安全问题在我国的形势依然严峻。建立海南省农产品质量安全管理长效机制,加强对农产品安全问题的控制与管理己经刻不容缓。从建立农产品安全统一协调管理机构,农民专业合作社,各种形式宣传和培训,农产品质量安全追溯制度,产前、产中、产后的监管体系,统一的农产品市场准入和准出制,加强立法和执法等方面提出了农产品质量安全管理长效机制的建议。

The matter of quality and safety of agricultural products in China is still severe. According to the current economic development level, consumption concept and management system, the article aims to look for proper and fea- sible ways to establish a longterm agricultural product quality and safety management mechanism to strengthen the supervision and management for safety of agricultural products. The article proposes some ideas for the establishment of long - term mechanism for quality and safety of agricultural products, including the establishment of harmonious and unified regulatory agencies for safety of agricultural products, farmers cooperatives, various forms of propaganda and training, traceability system for quality and safety of agricultural products, supervision system for early - term, medium - term, and late - term of agricultural products, a unified access and out system for agricultural market, strengthening legislation and execution, etc.
