摘要
指出了在基于实例的拆解过程中,拆解信息模型及实例库的建立对拆解相似案例的检索及提取起着至关重要的作用。针对汽车产品,分析了传统拆解树的不足,建立了汽车拆解树;在拆解信息模型向关系模型的转化过程中,提出了5条转化规则,讨论了主关联库、子案例库和零部件信息管理库之间的关系和设计方法,以某发动机为例,建立了其拆解树和数据库,并通过实例检索验证了数据库的正确性和适用性。
In recent years,scholars have applied case - based reasoning to product disassembly. In the process of disassembly based on cases,the model of disassembly information and the establishment of cased- database play a vital role in the retrieval and extraction of the similar cases. For automotive products,the article analyses the detects of tra- ditional disassembly trees and builds the automobile disassembly tree. Then 5 rules are applied in the process in which the disassembly information model is transformed to the relational model. At the same time,the relationships and design methods of. the main relational database, the sub - case database and the parts management database are discussed. Finally,taking an engine for example, the article builds its disassembly tree and databases, and verifies the correctness and applicability of the database by case retrieval.
