摘要
利用乙醇溶液对中药粉葛中的葛根素进行了微波辅助提取,以葛根素含量为考察目标,系统研究了乙醇浓度、微波功率、提取时间、料液比4个因素的影响结果。并通过L9(34)正交实验初步确定了最佳提取工艺条件为:50%乙醇,超声波功率500W,提取时间25 min,料液比1∶30。
The article tries to extract puerarin from arrowroot by microwave method. Taking the content of puerarin as research object, the article conducts a systematic research on the four influencing factors,including ethanol concentration,microwave power, extraction time and solid- liquid ratio. Through L9 (34) orthogonal design. The article finds out the optimum condition is that solution of 50% ethanol,microwave power of 500W,extraction time of 25 min and solid - liquid ratio of 1:30.
