地质资料信息服务集群化产业化研究——以辽宁鞍山为例

Study on Clustering and Industrialization of Geological Data Information Service——Taking Anshan of Liaoning as an example

指出了地质资料信息是经济社会发展的重要基础资源,但是当前资料信息分散、综合研究不够、数字化信息化程度不高、服务渠道不畅、服务能力不强等问题仍然存在。以辽宁鞍山为例,探索了地质资料信息集群化产业化发展,构建了以社会需求为导向的地质工作服务新机制,为政府制定"两化"工作政策提供了理论依据及技术支持。

Geological data information is the important foundation of economic and social development. However, there do exist some problems, including the scattered data information, insufficient comprehensive research, low degree of digitization and informatization,impeded service channel,weak service ability,etc. Taking Anshan as an example, the article aims to explore the clustering and industrialization development of geological data information. The new service mechanism of geological work is established based on the requirement of the society, which provides theoretical basis and technical support for government to formulate policies of the clustering and industrialization development.
