摘要
建立了手工内磁选–重铬酸钾滴定法测定铜磁铁矿中磁性铁含量的方法。将试样溶解于水中,在(72 000±8 000)A/s磁场强度下,采用手工内磁选法分离出磁性物,用盐酸溶解磁性物,用氨水分离铜,然后用氯化亚锡–三氯化钛还原三价铁,以稀重铬酸钾溶液氧化过量的还原剂,最后用重铬酸钾标准溶液滴定全铁量。磁性铁测定结果的相对标准偏差小于0.4%(n=11),对两种标准物质分析结果的相对误差不大于0.30%。该方法分析成本低,可作为日常方法使用。
A method was established to measure the magnet iron content in copper magnetite by using manual inside magnetic separation-potassium dichromate titration method. After the sample being dissolved in water, magnetic material was separated using manual inside magnetic separation method under (72 000 ± 8 000) A / s magnetic field intensity. Magnetic materials were dissolved with acid and copper was separated with ammonium hydroxide afterwards, and ferric iron was reduced using stannous chloride-titanium trichloride, excessive reductant was oxidized using dilute potassium dichromate solution, and total iron content was determined using potassium dichromate standard solution titration. RSD (n=11) was less than 0.4%, and the relative errors of detection results of two certified reference materials were not more than 0.30%. This method can be applied for daily use with low cost.
