摘要
建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定地沟油中镍和铅含量的方法。采用石墨消解仪对样品进行消解,消解试剂为10mL硝酸和2mL高氯酸。对灰化温度、原子化温度等实验条件进行了优化,用磷酸二氢铵作基体改进剂消除氯离子的干扰。镍、铅的线性范围分别为0-50μg/L,0-100μg/L,相关系数均大于0.999。镍、铅的检出限分别为0.03,0.10mg/kg。镍、铅测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为2.8%,2.5%0=6)。镍、铅的回收率分别为94.0%,95.0%。该方法适用于测定地沟油中镍和铅元素含量。
The method for determination of nickel and lead in hogwash oil by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with graphite digestion was established. The hogwash oil samples were digested with graphite digestion using 10 mL nitric acid and 2 mL perchloric acid. The ashing temperature and atomization temperature were optimized. The interference caused by chlorine ion was removed by using ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as matrix modifier. The linearity range ofNi, Pb was 0-50μg/L, 0-100μg/L, respectively, and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999. The detection limit ofNi, Pb was 0.03, 0.10 mg/kg, respectively. The RSD ofNi, Pb was 2.8%, 2.5%(n=6), respectively. The recovery of Ni, Pb was 94.0%, 95.0%, respectively. This method is feasible for determination of of nickel and lead in hogwash oil.
