不同配比的芍药甘草丸对利培酮所致高催乳素血症的影响

Different Ratio of Peony Licorice Bolus of Risperidone Due to the Influence of High Blood Prolactin

目的:探讨不同配比的芍药甘草丸对治疗利培酮所致的高催乳素血症的临床应用价值及有效性。方法:回归性分析研究2013年7月-2014年2月在本院接受治疗的90例因服用利培酮导致高催乳素血症的精神病患者(催乳素水平>25ng/ml),分析所有患者服用芍药甘草丸后催乳素等5种激素值及PANSS、TESS评定等指标。结果:与治疗前相比,芍药甘草丸(2∶1)组相对于芍药甘草丸(1∶1)组可以更大程度的降低患者血清催乳素水平,所有患者在治疗后的PANSS评分显著下降(P<0.05),组间比较后发现PANSS和TESS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芍药甘草丸(2∶1)配比可以更大程度的降低患者血清催乳素水平,且服药方便、疗效可靠、口感好,从而提高患者服药依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：Discuss different ratio of peony licorice bolus for the treatment of risperidone caused by high blood prolactin clinical application value and effectiveness .Methods：Regression analysis research from July 2013 to Feb-ruary 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 90 cases caused by taking risperidone psychotic patients with high blood pro-lactin （prolactin levels ＆gt;25ng/ml） ,and analyze all of the patients after taking peony licorice bolus five hormones such as prolactin value and evaluating indicators such as PANSS and TESS .Results：Compared with before treatment ,the peony licorice bolus （2：1） relative to the peony licorice bolus （1：1） groups can be a greater degree of reduced pa-tients＇serum prolactin level ,all of the patients in the PANSS score decreased significantly after treatment （P〈0 .05） , the comparison between groups found PANSS and TESS score comparison difference has no statistical significance （P＆gt;0.05） .Conclusion：The ratio of peony licorice bolus （2：1） can be a greater degree of reduced patients＇serum prolac-tin level ,and the medicine is convenient ,reliable curative effect ,good taste ,thus improve the patients medication com-pliance ,worthy of clinical popularization and application .
