肘伸展位矫形器对卒中后上肢痉挛的影响

The Influence of Elbow Extension Orthosis on Upper Limb Spasm after Stroke

目的：探讨肘伸展位矫形器固定对减轻卒中后偏瘫侧上肢痉挛的作用.方法：将50例卒中后偏瘫侧上肢痉挛患者随机分为治疗组（25例）和对照组（25例）,均给予常规药物治疗和康复训练,治疗组则在此基础上配合肘伸展位矫形器固定,采用改良Ashworth量表（MAS）、Fugl-Meyer量表（FMA）、Barthel指数（BI）评定患者痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活活动能力的改善情况.结果：治疗后,治疗组MAS、FMA、BI评分的改善情况均显著优于对照组（P＆lt;0.05）.结论：肘伸展位矫形器固定能有效减轻卒中后偏瘫侧上肢痉挛,改善患肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力,值得临床推广应用.

Objective：To investigate the effect of elbow extension orthosis on reducing the upper limb spasm on the hemiplegia side after stroke. Methods：50 cases of patients with upper limb spasm after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group （25 cases） and control group （25 cas-es）, both of the groups treated by conventional medication and rehabilitation training, on the basis of it, the treatment group combined with elbow ex-tension orthosis fixation, then used MAS, FMA, BI to evaluate the improvement of spastic degree, motor function and activities of daily living. Re-sults：After treatment, the improvement of MAS, FMA and BI of treatment group were all significantly better than those of control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Elbow extension orthosis fixation can effectively reduce the upper limb spasm on the hemiplegia side after stroke, improve the motor function and activities of daily living of the affected extremity, deserves clinical promotion and application.
