针灸联合中药治疗心理障碍疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis on Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine Treating Psychological Disorder

目的：观察针灸联合中药治疗心理障碍的疗效.方法：将80例心理障碍患者随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）,在常规心理治疗基础上,观察组采用针灸联合中药治疗,对照组则给予服用三唑仑片（0.5mg/次）,随访12个月后统计两组患者的复发及再入院情况.结果：观察组复发率、再入院率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：针灸联合中药治疗心理障碍可有效减少患者复发及再入院次数,效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treating psychological disorder. Methods：80 cases of mental disorder were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, based on conventional psychothera-py, observation group adopted treatment of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine, control group received Triazolam tablets （0.5mg）, after followed up of 12 months recurrence and rehospitalization of the two groups were observed. Results：The rate of recurrence and rehos-pitalization in observation group were both significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Chi-nese medicine treating mental disorder can effectively reduce the frequency of recurrence and rehospitalization, with remarkable effect, being worthy of clinical application.
