快速康复外科理念在老年人工髋关节置换术患者术后护理中的应用效果

The Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in the Postoperative Nursing of Elderly Patients after Artificial Hip Replacement

目的：观察快速康复外科理念在老年人工髋关节置换术患者术后护理中的应用效果.方法：将70例行人工髋关节置换术的老年患者随机分为观察组（35例）和对照组（35例）,对照组术后给予药物护理、伤口护理、体位护理、生命体征监测等常规护理,观察组则应用快速康复外科理念（心理护理、基础护理、饮食护理、肢体功能康复锻炼护理、疼痛护理、出院指导）进行护理,观察两组护理效果.结果：观察组下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）,并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：快速康复外科理念可显著缩短老年人工髋关节置换术患者的康复时间、降低其并发症发生率,改善患者预后,提高患者的生存质量.

Objective：To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in the postoperative nursing of elderly patients after artificial hip re-placement. Methods：70 cases of elderly patients after artificial hip replacement were randomly divided into observation group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）, the control group was given conventional nursing such as medication nursing, wound nursing, posture nursing and vital signs moni-toring, while observation group nursed with rapid rehabilitation surgery concept （mental nursing, basic nursing, diet nursing, limb function rehabilita-tion exercise nursing, pain nursing, discharge guidance）, observed the nursing effect of two groups. Results：The off-bed activity time and hospitaliza-tion time of observation group were both significantly shorter than those of control group （P〈0.05）, the occurrence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Rapid rehabilitation surgery concept can significantly shorten the recovery time of elderly pa-tients after artificial hip replacement, reduce the occurrence of complications, improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
