推拿针刺结合玻璃酸钠对膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘要 目的：观察推拿针刺结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效.方法：86例膝骨性关节炎患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予推拿、针刺及玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,对照组仅玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,比较两组WOMAC评分.结果：1疗程后两组WOMAC评分均明显低于治疗前（P〈0.01）,且治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：推拿针刺结合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎有显著疗效,值得推广应用.
