摘要
基于国家标准GB 3847—2005《车用压燃式发动机和压燃式发动机汽车排气烟度排放限值及测量方法》规定的在用柴油车加载减速(lug-down)法,对在用柴油车NOx排放浓度进行了测试。结果表明,利用标准规定的lug-down法对在用柴油车NOx排放浓度进行检测,污染物浓度波动较大,再加上仪器响应时间不够,额定转速不易被测试,lug-down法不能得到稳定的NOx排放浓度。经过调整方案设计并进行发动机台架测试,确定以100%和80%额定转速作为在用柴油车环保定期检验测试工况。对设定的3个方案进行测试后,认为设定100%和80%额定转速2个工况,每个工况各测试12 s方案较为合理,可作为在用柴油车NOx排放浓度环保测试的工况。
regulated The test for NOx emission from in-use diesel vehicles were conducted based on the lug-down test method in GB 3847-2005. The results showed that the concentration of NO~ cannot be easily tested by the lug- down test method due to high fluctuation of pollutant concentration and the limit of instrument response time. Therefore, the lug-down test method was not able to obtain stable emission concentration of NOx. The test scheme design was adjusted, and the engine dynamometer test was performed. The 100% and 80% of the rated speed were adopted as the test modes of NOx emission for in-use diesel vehicles.
