摘要 明胶、硫脲作为主要的添加剂,在铜电解精炼中具有不可替代的作用,两者在温度较高的酸性电解液中分解消耗较快,尤其是明胶,当冲胶温度过高或者钛板换热器加温过快,都会使明胶的分解速度加快。生产实践中,采用在高位槽加胶,调整电解液循环量、过滤量、净化量等措施,吨铜明胶消耗量由180 g下降到45 g,硫脲消耗量由90 g下降到30 g,吨铜直流电单耗降至285 kW.h以下。 Gelatin and thiourea as the main additives have an irreplaceable role in copper electro-refining, both decomposition and consumption is faster in the higher temperature acidic electrolyte, especially the gelatin, when through washing temperature is too high or the titanium plate exchanger heating too fast, the decomposition rate of gelatin could be increased. After adopting measures in production like adding gelatin in the high tank, adjusting the amount of electrolyte circulation, filtration, purification, etc. , gelatin consumption reduced from 180 g/t. Cu to 45 g/t. Cu, and thiourea from 90 g/t. Cu to 30 g/t. Cu respectively, direct current consumption reduced to under 285 kW. h/t. Cu.
