从FRHC法炼铜炉渣中回收铜的试验研究

摘要 根据铜渣火法贫化的原理,对FRHC法炼铜炉渣进行火法贫化。考察了还原条件、添加剂(石英、萤石)的添加量对FRHC法炼铜炉渣中铜收率的影响,并通过正交试验确定铜回收的较优水平。试验结果表明:还原气氛对FRHC法炼铜炉渣火法贫化是必要的,适量的石英和萤石的对该炉渣火法贫化是有效的。试验确定的较优水平为保温温度1 300℃,保温时间100 min,添加剂石灰和萤石的添加量分别为5%和3%左右,此时铜回收率最高可达到97.47%。 According copper slag pyrometallurgical depleted principle, FRHC copper slag was pyrometallurgical depleted. The effects of reduction conditions, additives ( quartz, fluorite) added amount on the copper yield of FRHC copper slag were investigated, and the optimum level of copper recovered by orthogonal experiments was determined. The results showed that reduction atmosphere is necessary for pyrometallurgical depleting FRHC copper slag, the right amount of quartz and fluorite is effective for pyrometallurgical depleting copper slag, the optimum level determined by experiments are holding temperature of 1 300 ℃ , holding time of 100 min, the additive amount of lime and fluorite are around 5% and 3% respectively, the maximum copper yield can reach 97.47% under this condition.
