Research of the Influence Mechanism of Transactive Memory System on Team Performance——Based on the Mediated Moderating Effect of Team Reflexivity and Team Learning

摘要 本文以134个研发团队为研究样本,运用多元回归方法,探讨了交互记忆系统对团队绩效的影响以及团队反思和团队学习的中介调节效应。研究发现:交互记忆系统正向影响研发团队绩效,交互记忆系统对团队反思具有正向的影响,团队反思在交互记忆系统与团队绩效中起完全中介的作用,团队学习正向调节交互记忆系统与团队反思、团队绩效之间的关系。 This paper using a sample of 134 innovation teams, discusses the influence of transactive memory system on team performance, and analyzes the mediating and moderating effect of team reflexivity and team learning. The results show that:transactive memory system imposes positive influences on team performance, and imposes positive influences on team reflexivity. Team reflexivity has fully mediating effect in the relationship between transactive memory system and team performance. Team learning imposes positive influence between transactive memory system and team reflexivity, and also imposes positive influence between transactive memory system and team performance.
