The Investigation on the Existing Problems and Corresponding Solutions in the Cultivation of Intellectual Property Talents:Taking Yandu District of Yancheng City as an Example

知识产权人才培养是知识产权战略的重要组成部分。加快知识产权事业发展,必须把人才培养工作摆在更加重要的位置。文章以江苏省盐城市盐都区为例,分析了当前知识产权人才培养工作的现状,找出了存在的问题,探索了应尽快采取的对策措施。

The cultivation of intellectual property talents is an important part of intellectual property rights strategy. To speed up the development of intellectual property career,we have to put the work of talents cultivation in a more important position.Analyzing the current situation of talents cultivation in YanDu distriet,YanCheng city,JiangSu province,this paper identifies the existing problems and explores the corresponding solutions which should be taken as soon as possible.
